Complete Doula Package

Full support throughout pregnancy, labor and delivery, and postpartum.
✓ 1-2 prenatal meeting to discuss birth plan and support resources
✓ Birth support from the moment you need me until up to 2 hrs postpartum
✓ Lactation support immediately after birth
✓ 1-2 postpartum meetings from 2 days postpartum up to 6 weeks postpartum to debrief birth and address lactation concerns
Lactation Package
$100 / hour
Most lactation sessions will last up to an hour and are tailored to each individual’s breastfeeding journey. Some examples of areas I offer support in are:

Legacy Family Partnership
$300 / month
Legacy’s Family Partnership allows families who would otherwise not be able to access a birth doula get a scholarship for discounted prices or free doula and lactation services. Please note your gifts will not be tax-deductible.

At what point in pregnancy should I start thinking about hiring a doula?
If you are interested in doula support, a good time to reach out is around 12-20 weeks pregnant. At that time we can schedule a free consultation where we will discuss how I can support you. If you are interested in going forward with Legacy Birthing and Lactation LLC we can go forward with scheduling the prenatal meeting. The prenatal meeting can be done any time up to one month prior to your due date. If after the free consultation and you feel that Legacy Birthing and Lactation LLC is not the right fit for you, I can help you look for a doula that is.
